Queer, Feminist, & Sex Positive Therapy

My goal is to help you figure out what your most authentic self looks like and how to love and appreciate that version of you no matter what society might think. I utilize acceptance and commitment therapy techniques, mindfulness, yoga and somatic awareness, thought experiments, and whatever spiritual or ritualized behaviors might help you develop confidence and become your most authentic self. I want all people to have access to mental health education and treatments no matter their location or finances.
